5.Node Manager

The Node Manager manages and routes messages for the components in the node (computing device). Once the ID is known, the Node Manager periodically broadcasts the Node Manager Ready messages to all the components in the node. In return, the components send the Component Ready back to the Node Manager. This scheme validates the address of the component and enables the communications between components in the network.
